To deposit or withdraw traditional currencies in your Xyleum account, you must complete the verification process. This mandatory step ensures compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
The verification involves filling out an online form and submitting required documents. You will also sign a declaration confirming the accuracy of your information and authorizing Xyleum to verify it. Processing time can vary and may take more than 5 days depending on demand.
For full details, visit the Account Verification page. After completing all required steps, your verification will begin. You will receive an email once your verification is approved. Note that verification is not required to start trading—it is only mandatory for users withdrawing traditional currencies. Deposits, trading, and withdrawals of other currencies can proceed immediately after registration.
To complete verification:
- Go to the Verification section under the Account tab on the top right of the Xyleum platform.
- Review the terms and click "Begin Verification" when ready.
- Select your Account Type – choose Individual Account.
- Indicate your Country of Residence.
- Specify all reasons for requesting account verification.
For personal verification, provide:
- Full legal name
- Current permanent address, including postal code
- Date of birth
- Occupation or job title
Verification of identity requires one of the following photo IDs:
- Valid current passport
- Government-issued photo ID card
- Valid driver’s license
To verify your permanent address, submit one original document from the list below:
- Recent utility bill
